Yes, you heard it right! A race-winning gravel bike! The thought might seem funny at first but wait until you check out the specs of the Impulso RC. At the technical research center of Bianchi, they claim that their aim was to take a systematic approach to make the gravel bike aerodynamic and lightweight. So they tweaked the geometry and the end result is quite interesting.

This has been specially designed for professionals aiming at the UCI Gravel Series. The reported weight is just 8.1kg (17.83lb). That’s just 2 kg more than the lightest road bike by Specialized, the S-Works Aethos. The Bianchi’s Countervail carbon technology used to build the frame claims to cancel out any road vibrations. That is a must-have feature in any gravel bike!
