The all new Ibis Mojo is a bike that is worth every penny that you spend on it. It is one of the few bikes out there that are capable of holding their own in any situation – this is an enduro bike that is back with a passion. It has the perks of both a quality MTB and a great touring/cross bike!
The Ibis Mojo is a bike that we really wanted to review when we got our hands on it. It is meant to be an enduro bike, but is advertised as so much more.
It is able to perform crash landings from heights with ease, and is also able to take on small roots, bumps and more without having to slow down at all, simply because the hardtail rear is insanely flexible.
The best part was that even when we tested in on the downhill rides, it was able to keep up with rigs that have been made specifically for downhill riding. In addition to this, the bike was also more than ready to take on most of the climbs that we put it to the test on with a laugh!
While it did get a little creaky after the harsher, more grueling rides, it was overall a very durable bike that could hold its own anywhere.
+Pros:
Great Shimano groupset and components
Fox 36 Float fork with a carbon fiber frame
High performance and endurance
Great suspension
-Cons:
Tended to get a little creaky at times
The Verdict
The Ibis Mojo is a cross country bike that truly lives up to the name enduro. It is able to withstand the stresses of the road and the trail with ease, climbing and falling like a pro.
We had a great time testing out the Ibis Mojo, and thought that as far as cyclocross bikes went, this one really took the cake. It had great components and even greater handling, and was definitely one of the best that we have seen to date.
